Payment Terms

‍Neurotone and Partner agree that the payment for sales shall be made in accordance with the following plan:

‍Partner agrees to a $990 monthly subscription fee, which includes a rebranded patient app, patient materials and support, a dedicated account manager, and 10 licenses per month. Licenses do not roll over and additional licenses can be purchased at $99 each.

Partner has the ability to resell licenses at up to the $499 MSRP, and may discount licenses to meet their business needs.

Partner's card-on-file will be charged $99 per license. At the end of each month, if fewer than 10 licenses are provisioned, the remainder of the subscription fee will be charged (e.g., if 8 licenses are provisioned, $198 will be charged at month-end).

To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, Neurotone waives the subscription fee during the first 30 days of our partnership. After this period, the subscription fee will be prorated for the remainder of the then-current month. From the second full month onward, the full subscription fee applies.
